5-ingredient Healthy Chocolate Shake

This is seriously my favorite recipe of the moment. Whenever I am craving something sweet, this is what I make. It’s an amazing chocolaty, chocolate shake. It doesn't taste light, or lacking.


If you want a thicker shake (like ice cream), add more frozen banana.
Ingredients:
    • 1 cup vanilla soy or almond milk
    • frozen banana, broken into chunks
    • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 tbsp cashew or peanut butter
    • 1 tsp honey


In your high-powered blender pour in the milk, add the banana, cocoa powder, cashew butter, and honey. Press the 35″ button. Serve immediately.
